[UCIMC-Tech] new "wrfumanager at ucimc.org" e-mail list?

Hello IMC tech people,

Could someone set up a new e-mail list,

    wrfumanager at ucimc.org

which we can use as the point-of-contact address for music licensing?

It could be a mailman list.   I'm expecting it to be very low traffic.

I'm hoping it would initially have 3 people on the list - Don McClure,
ucimcoperationsdirector, and me.   I could be (a) list admin and set up the
people, once the list exists.
