Oops, looks like I've forgotten the minutae of the process.

While IMC-US has passed the deadling on imc-process, let's wait for
"official confirmation" from the imc-process folk before we go to this
step (just being approved on new-imc is not enough). So, when we get the
congratulations or congratulations with concerns email or whatever, then
we resubmit this request. We'll also need an IP address for the dns group
;-)
