hiya everybody,

with regard to list admin type issues, it would be
nice not to have to get on yet another imc-us
editorial list in order to help with editorial
functions :). that said, perhaps there are folks on
the list who don't want to do editorial work. anyone?

with regard to funding questions-- i know there has
been a good deal of talk in nyc and other us imc's
about ?'s of 501c3 / non-profit stuff and fiscal
sponsorship, and good points have been raised pro and
con. would there be anyone out there who can fairly
summarazie the pros / cons of non-profit status so we
don't have to rehash the same points over again?
