yeah, i can set up accounts--i've posted two messages to the imc-us-tech
group asking who wanted to work on the project, and who needed accounts
set up...

i have also posted a few messages outlining what i think has to be done,
and also for input from other tech people about how to set up the
site/who should do what/where to start/etc.
