[IMC-US-tech] next steps

I've been going over emails and the wiki, trying to figure out where to
dive in the code, and came to the conclusion that it would be good to
have a slightly better grasp on what's agreed upon first. I've added some
more notes at http://brainstorm.ucimc.org/ucimcWiki/ImcUsTechStuff - main
questions are 

1) has the general appearance of the front page mocked up by Max been
agreed upon? Is it time to start coding that functionality?

2) what has been decided about the desired aggregation functionality?

3) has code been written for either of these, yet? If so where can one
find it?
