[IMC-US-tech] Re: next steps

Hi Joe (et al.),

My own view is that we should get the site up-and-running (as a first
priority) and then worry about graphical makeovers afterwards.  Basically,
I think that we just need someone to take a first stab at syndication
efforts for the newswire.  Something to get the ball rolling.
