[IMC-US-Tech] oversize audio icons from sd-imc feature

the audio icons for sd-imc feature are showing up really large on the 
newswire.

Oh, actually sd-imc used the audio icons from mexico indymedia.

Could we get these added to the list of icons not to resize?
