[Imc-web] photo related error (fwd)

more info -

i uploaded thumbnails images and it worked.  i guess it didn't like the 
size - although the same image had been posted fine from another machine 
(pc instead of mac).

one thing - it hid the feature after this error.  then the old, uneditied 
version showed up again on the newswire.  

wierd.
