Well -- It's certainly a press release. I think the crucial question is
whether this is a for-profit or non-profit venture.
For example, an Indymedia gathering might ask for some kind of
registration fee, but it's clearly nonprofit and intended to cover costs.
But it looks to me that this "Workshop" is likely a for-profit venture,
and so this is advertising, and I'd advocate hiding it.
