[Imc-web] Emergency Meeting Time and Place

The emergency meeting tonight will be at 405 W. GREEN _NOT_
illinois. I got the address wrong in the previous email.

The time is 8pm for the meeting. 

I'm so sorry for the error. 

Also I want to clarify that only the performance space of the IMC is
shut down, not the rest of the IMC. AWARE may meet regularly and IMC
media production may continue regularly.
