[Imc-web] drat ... modify please?

I tried to add a comment to Kim's article on today's protest, but it 
somehow ended up as an article itself (not intended).  Can you move it so 
its a comment to her article, or remove it so I can resubmit?

The confusion came about in that the default comment form said I had to 
use the full comment form for uploaded files, and that form appears to 
have made it into a story.
