[Imc-web] dada's handling of feature images

Why does dada sometimes display the first uploaded image next to a front 
page feature and sometimes not?

I could not get the Lynn Sprout story to show a picture.  I even deleted 
the photos one at a time, published, looked for the image, and then added 
them one at a time, and at no point could I get an image to appear on the 
front page.

I am using Safari on Mac, but the whole story and photos was originally 
posted on a Windows machine using IE, so I don't think it is a platform 
issue.

Any thoughts?
