[Imc-web] IMC webspace proposal:

Hi all,

Ben Grosser, Zach and I have a proposal for getting additional content
onto the IMC website.  The IMC will provide webspace for Ben's photo
galleries and Ben will post a brief article on the local IMC newswire each
time he creates/adds a new gallery.  We think this will be an excellent
resource and documentation for local happenings.
