the disappearing/reappearing banner issue reminded me that we've been
talking about replacing our banner for about 2 years now.  i
remembered that ben had an excellent panorama of one of the peace vigils
that was held in town and asked if he'd make a banner for us.  it's
excellently done, blends with the existing site, and (i think) a marked
improvement.  i've put it up -- what does everyone think?
