[Imc-web] moved post off local

I'm sure not everyone knows this guy, or knows he local (he didn't post
that in his article), but he is:

Jeff is a local Green in addition to having a new show on WEFT about
electronic civil liberties.  I moved his post to local since he is a
local author, consistent with our policy. I see that it was moved off
local, I'm sure because unless you know Jeff, you don't know he's local.

 

Anyway, I intend to move it back to the local newswire, unless anyone
has a concern.
