[Imc-web] Local Threats?

This appears to be a post by a local person. He posted earlier and I 
moved his rather insightful observation up to the Local Newswire for him.

Now he's back with a problematic post that includes a rather disticnt 
threat in the first sentence and more vague rhetorical stuff as it 
rambles on.

I think that this needs the threat (first sentence) edited out, with 
messsage to please not repeat such postings, and to hide the article as 
a whole. The threat to attack New Mexico is implausible, but maybe 
should be edited out also.

What are people's opinions? I will go ahead and hide it, but not edit it 
for now, pending feedback.
