After tolerating ([perhaps for too long) an increasingly degenerating 
stream of off-topic posts, I have hidden a number of posts by the "Jack 
Ryan" complex. You may see them in the Hidden Files. We will be 
vigorously enforcing this policy against persistent offenders. Since 
this is simply enforcement of the existing policy, ni furtehr action is 
needed, unless someone wishes to raise this issue at the next Steering 
meeting.
