maybe a wiki page of changes in a table w/

|date|doc changed|line(s) changed|change(s) made|who made the changes|

that would be super-easy to implement and anyone could update the page?

i've put up an example at:

http://brainstorm.ucimc.org/ucimcWiki/dadachanges#preview

and linked it to the brainstorm.ucimc.org site.

what do folks think?
