[Imc-web] fatal error when posting

Hello,

I can't seem to get around the following error:

  Fatal error: imagecreatetruecolor(): requires GD 2.0 or later in 
/extra0/var/www/ucimc/imc_classes/imc_Media.inc on line 1132

When trying to post a story that includes at least 1 jpeg image.  I 
finally gave up and posted the story without the photos (which is a shame 
for me since I'm posting about photos of yesterday's rally :)).

Anyway, if you can get it fixed, I'll try and edit the article to add 
some.  I tried both Firefox and IE.
