It is a repost from the non-public global IMC Legal list that discusses 
a sensitive ongoing legal situation at UC IMC where we are possibly 
seeking counsel for a situation involving a suit over First Amendment 
issues. I am not at liberty to discuss this. Please contact Sascha if 
you want to know more, although he may be in the same situation as I am.

Given the somewhat flaky nature of Dada at this point, Sascha may 
recommend that I also purge this posting. This notification is to keep 
you informed, per policy.
