[Imc-web] Artices Being Deleted by Accident?

I want to caution everyone that some articles have disappeared
mysteriously lately. You may have seen my recent response to Doug
Soderstrom, who wanted an article that I am pretty sure I saw poated
here edited. The problem was that I couldn't find it when I went to look
for it. It was sometime in the last week that this happened.

Another article is one that I'm sure disappeared. It was the
announcement of Socialist Forum's Beyond the Split conference that was
held Saturday. I noticed that the organizers had neglected to post info
about this important event to our newswire and, being a loyal SF member
myself, I posted it on Friday. It was still on the Local Newswire on
Saturday morning, but sometime later in the day, I noticed it was gone.
I couldn't find it in the archives, so I'm guessing that it was deleted
and purged from the database, as Mr. Soderstrom's article apparently did.

This was no big deal in itself, as the SF conference was wrapping up by
then anyway, but combined with the other missing article, I want to
remind everyone to be careful when dealing with the crap that needs to
be deleted, so that you don't accidentally include that which should not be.
