[Imc-web] Books to Prisoners & ucimc.org site

I've been in the midst of making some changes to httpd.conf you might
have hit it at exactly the wrong moment.

http://bookstoprisoners.ucimc.org/ currently points to the books to
prisoners website which is at /var/www/bookstoprisoners on imsahp.
