Zach,
Actually, BtP is now an IMC working group, as of sometime in August. So 
if the permissions are OK for an IMC working group being on the toolbar, 
then BtP should be there.

As for people who have left town, turned in their IMC key, haven't been 
to an IMC meeting in years, etc here's a few that I am aware of:
bobcook,peterm,mfeltes,sooz

These are either people I am unfamiliar with or who are also likely to 
be no longer active:
mikepery,sbassett,ecain,ursis,jason,bmbyrne,michelle,anne,dugon

Others should review my two lists before they are deleted, however, to 
confirm that I inadvertently didn't include someone still active who I 
may not be aware of or I didn't recognize by user name.
