[Imc-web] Books to Prisoners & ucimc.org site (fwd)

Someone who actually knows something about UC-IMC's web policy and
about editting UC-IMC's code needs to do this. I'd rather not do it
given that BtP isn't a working group but just a project of a working
group. Since we have dozens or hundreds of UC-IMC projects I'd rather
not be the gatekeeper for what is allowed and what isn't allowed to be
linked on our front page.

I'm not saying it is a bad idea to link BtP. I am just saying that I'm
not involved enough with the UC-IMC to feel comfortable editting the
main page. That's a job for the web group (or if they can't get it
together, I can do it if Steering directs me to). The people with the
permissions to make the change are:

wolfgang,molly,abhalla,scumbag,bobcook,chyn,mink,eknutson,peterm,brandon,mikepery,sbassett,lewart,cpopetz,ecain,sascha,ursis,mfeltes,jason,bmbyrne,pmking,joe,zcmshows,faith,michelle,anne,dugon,sooz

Many of those people are only on the list because they (at least at
one time) were webmasters for some working group's website. Not all of
these people are actually qualified or authorized to edit the UC-IMC
main page, these are just the people who happen to have the access in
our fairly trusting system.

I have not purged old accounts so if there's anyone on that list that
people know for sure should be removed because they are no longer
active please let me know.
