Way early on I definitely did some changes to the look/feel of the site (does 
anyone remember the old red/green/black gorgeousness -- captured in all its 
grandeur here: http://web.archive.org/web/20030424065221/http://www.ucimc.org 
;)...  And the links on the top have also been changed.  It's probably only a 
few hours work that would need to be redone -- so we shouldn't worry about that 
in terms of upgrades.  More important are the historic links to previous stories 
from our newswire and the actual content -- that's where we'll want to be 
extremely careful not to loose anything.
