Mr. Anderson,
Given your repeated violation of our website use policy, I am placing 
you on a two-week suspension. You had three chances to adjust your 
posting practices to address the concerns I previously raised with you 
about your flamebaiting of Pat N. You managed to continue your 
violations in each case. I have no faith that you will in the future 
avoid repeating your violations, given this situation.

In it, you once again attack Pat, justifying your actions here by what 
you allege to be his actions elsewhere. As I noted to you before, 
whatever either of you two brought here, I am only able to consider what 
has occurred here. In this case, it is clearly you who has engaged in 
repeated violations of our website use policy.

I expect that you will refrain from further postings here, pending the 
results of UC IMC's Steering group decision on this case. The outcome of 
the Steering group's decision is uncertain. They may grant another 
chance, in which case the two-week suspension will end then, although 
usually with the condition that violations will not recur. They may also 
choose to continue with a temporary ban for a certain period, with 
restoration of your posting privileges to occur afterwards, or they 
could decide to make it a permanent ban. Further posting in the interim 
will tend to add to the evidence against you, so make your decision 
accordingly.
