[Imc-web] donate block on homepage

I think we should place a donate block like this on our homepage:
http://www.lavazone.org/
We are really pushing sustaining funders, and need to make it easy to donate
to us.

We can discuss more this Wednesday at 6 pm at the IMC web meeting.
