[Imc-web] Issues posting a story

Sorry for the excessive emails today - I just posted a story about community
shares share a meal to the IMC homepage and the image that I uploaded now
shows up as a separate story under the title: %node-title
(%file-name)<http://ucimc.org/content/node-title-file-name-33>.
I'm not sure how to fix this...can anyone guide me through this?
