[Imc-web] Re: Web service down

Randall,
Josh indicated there were some issues with the firewall. He also said he 
might go ahead with some server/software updates under the 
circumstances. Don't know exactly what transpired, but that's all for 
now. WRFU is still down, but chambana seems to be OK now.
