[Imc-web] Please Delete Obvious Spam

I see there's a lot of spam that's been taken down this morning. Please 
go ahead and delete it if it's obvious spam. If you want to catch the IP 
for blocking purposes by using the "mark as spam" feature, then delete 
it after documenting the IP for such later use. There's just too much 
crap going on to keep the spam sorted in with the hate stuff right now.
