[Imc-web] "anonymous" As User Name

I saw where in the midst of recent events that someone has signed up as 
user "anonymous." Because the website is set-up to render anyone who 
doesn't register as anonymous, this can be misleading to other users and 
to us, the editors. I've blocked this account because of this, as I've 
seen this mis-used in other circumstances. This doesn't mean that this 
was the intent of the person who did this, but I thought it best to 
avoid confusion.
