[Imc-web] [UCIMC-Tech] Captchas Gone

Captchas are still gone, but posting anonymously works. Maybe because I 
logged out of my account, then posted anonymously? Not sure why this 
didn't work earlier...

May need to check for a security hole against spammers the lack of 
captchas leaves, but posting is OK now.
