[Imc-web] [IMC] UC IMC Website Redesign

Tatyana:

I've been talking about this project with Chris Ritzo (our Tech-person
extraordinaire) for a while now. Getting a *completely redesigned* website
is crucial for development and a host of other needs. Constraint: The
website needs to be understood by folks who'll be maintaining it next year (
*it very well could be me!*) but I also think it's time for a more stylish
design reflecting the diversity of our working groups and our interest not
just in social justice (cf. images of people protesting) but the arts (e.g.
images of people creating).
