[Imc-web] hidden posts and cops

Please followup on comments to your articles. These were obviously 
hidden in error, due to the inflammatory accusations that were 
accompanied by vagueness and lack of detail. Why these were concerns is 
part of a larger discussion.

I keep hearing things that make me think there might be interest in 
having an active Web editing group again. I'd be as happy as anyone to 
pass this work along to a group that wants to be briefed on existing 
policy and problems and wants to update and maintain editorial policy.
