Review of upcoming shows concerns/issues/approvals
Dance Rehersals must pay rather than get the space for free as requested
-Daniel will respond to Janice; can use it but cant reserver space w/o
paying

items that we came to consensus on
-2am doors locked are locked 3am all who arent cleaning or managing must
be out.
-Require a status report within 24hrs includes amount was given to the
imc, any police presence, and/or any other issue that happened via email.
-200 person cap on all events
-10 to 1 security ratio (1 security person for every 10 people)
require a security staffer at each entrance for every show close to or
over 50 people
-additional $50 deposit for use of the shows cabinet

exceptions can be made on most events by the shows group.

make sure and tell events that they can not park at the hotel.  will
will make signs to post in the building about parking.

contract stating exactly what they agree to do and not to do, how much
how they are going to pay and get back, what space and how long they
have it and anything else... danielle any ideas?

daniel will put all the new polices on the website.

shows will get other cabinet for stands next
