[Imcfest-volunteers] Update: New list...

Hey all,
I have created a tech list for the imcfest.  This will be a place for us
to iron out various technical things w/o overloading this list with what
may turn out to be some very long technical discussions regarding
everything from stage design, video/audio documentation, logistics,
equipment issues, etc.
