THE INTENT OF THE FRAMERS LIVES ON.

AMENDMENT 1

We don't want to squabble over what kind of Christianity is the right kind
of Christianity.  Aristocrats vying for power are free to mud-sling to
gain power.  Owners of printing presses may print said mud-slinging.
Ordinary people are subject to arrest as soon as their peaceable assembly
seems to pose a threat to commerce or private property.

AMENDMENT 2

For the purposes of westward expansion, extermination of indigenous
peoples, and the suppression of insurrection, ordinary white men shall
have to buy their own guns.

AMENDMENT 3

However, the Government shall have to pay room and board for its own
soldiers, except during wartime.

AMENDMENT 4

Only slaves, indigenous peoples, women, and the poor shall be subjected to
unreasonable search and seizure, or to arrest without warrant.

AMENDMENT 5

Excepting marshal law, only slaves, indigenous peoples, women, and the
poor shall be lynched; compelled to be a witness against themselves; and
deprived of life, liberty, and property without due process.

AMENDMENT 6

Only slaves, indigenous peoples, women, and the poor shall be denied the
right to a fair and speedy trial by an impartial jury.  Only slaves,
indigenous peoples, women, and the poor shall be held without charges or
denied adequate legal counsel. 
 
AMENDMENT 7

Money determines whether or not your case deserves a trial by jury.

AMENDMENT 8

Some punishments which seem cruel and unusual when used on white men are
acceptable for slaves, women, indigenous peoples, and the poor.  Also,
money determines whether you may be released from jail.

AMENDMENTS 9 & 10

White men are encouraged to exercise any force they deem necessary on the
state, county, local, and household level, for the purposes of continuing
westward expansion, suppressing insurrection, and maintaining power over
private property.
