I think everything Bill said will happen. In addition, I think Mary Poppins
will rise from the grave and will teach us all to love each other. So,
strangely, even though we will live in times of unprecendented oppression,
rapacity, polution, and decay, people will start smiling uncontrollably
at each other. Police will shoot people for jaywalking, but they'll
hug and kiss their victims as they lie dying in the street. Millions of rich
people will drive their tanks into the inner city every day to distribute
beautifully wrapped cannisters of oxygen to suffocating children in the
projects. CIA agents will flood the cities with addictive and dangerous
drugs and they will get high with the people they're giving the drugs to
and stay up every night till the sun rises sharing stories and needles
and goodwill with all.
