Just how much equipment are we talking about, size-wise?  I mean, there
are outlets and stuff, but space is limited.  I'd suggest that we decide
what is really needed, what we'd like to use if there's enough room for
it, and what is completely superfluous.  I just found out that Betsy's got
one of those 400 9-am-Saturday sandwich deliveries, and space may be more
limited than usual.  We may have to compete for space with 400 wrapped
cookies.....
