[Newspoetry] To the newspoetry CIO...

my fellow newspoets,

	In this discussion of alphabetical privelege, I would like
say that, after being the most alphabetically priveleged for over 1.5
years, (by sheer chance, as one would have it, and not due to any sort of 
wordly genius) I am more than happy to relinquish that spot! This is 
mostly (73%) because this
is indeed a collaborative project with no particular writer who stands out
above the others, and partly (27%) because I still suffer the trauma of
having to spend 13 years of compulsory schooling sitting in the front
row of the classroom, or being under constant threat of said.
Not that the fine folks here at newspoetry are going to throw spitballs at
anyone.  Gads, what a relief!
