#84 TOO Democracyish (12/28/00)

The census changed the composition
of the Congress.  Seats were
stripped from Democratic states and
handed out down South.  The
shift in the balance appeals
to The President Select.  The
polls reflect whatever they’re supposed
to.  As they trivialize, abuse
and neglect whatever the President
Select selects as a threat.
