Biil,
That W and K thing was true in the past, but I believe they've gotten
away from it; I could be wrong.  They may come up with a new, unique
callsign series in any case. 
I bet some right-wing types got the WPPL callsign. That URL you sent
would be the place to do some checking on what's available, as callsigns
are currently configured.
