[Newspoetry] short notice invitation

Tomorrow evening at 8pm at the Independent Media Center in downtown Urbana
will be an open performance hosted by the School for Designing
a Society--newspoets welcome.

The first hour is planned to be a performers workshop, to which people
are invited to bring performances (any medium) that they're working on in
order take from the audience suggestions of experimental changes in the
way to try out on the spot.

Following the workshop segment will be an open stage (an open mic without
the mic). 

The performance will be preceded by a potluck at 7pm.

The plan is to have this be a bi-weekly event.

The IMC is located at 218 W. Main, Urbana.
