This is what Joe Lieberman is up to these days. Maybe he should be
looking into jet lag instead -- the research on that is conclusive.
In the meantime, Mike, if cell phones cause cancer then you're in big
trouble with those two-way radios you use. And forget about radio
transmitter towers -- they emit thousands of times more radiation than
cell phones. Maybe Lieberman's call for more research is being backed
by anti-LPFM lobbyists.
Also congress might want to look into cancer risk from incandescent
light bulbs. They emit powerful electromagnetic radiation that's at
an even higher frequency (closer to X-rays and other dangerous forms
of radiation) than radio waves. Flourescent light bulbs should also
be on the list of suspect devices -- they emit "pulsed" radiation!
