He didn't want to.  He didn't say so.
'Despite the Taliban admissions, the Pentagon reacted cautiously saying
 merely that it was encouraged by the reports.'
-'I didn't want to sound offensive.'
-I don't like apologizing, I had thought of that.
An   I heard what you said international policy.
We bomb instead of talk.
We fire fits of violence instead of make conversation.
Do we think it can't happen?
Some people are playing trupets.
