German Terror Sweep Nets 11

NEW JERSEY (Associated Poets): German Terror, Germany's only NBA franchise, 
swept the New Jersey Nets in an unexpected playoff victory which will send 
them to the next round.  Despite home-court advatange and MVP-level 
leadership from Jason Kidd, the Nets were unable to win a single game 
against German Terror, led by dynamic point guard Yaser H. who averaged 40 
points and 12 assists for the series.

The outcome is a big surprise for many American fans, who until recently 
have been unaware that Germans even played basketball.  "The Terror has 
been very tough," said Jason Kidd at the close of last night's 118-68 rout, 
"and yes, I'm surprised at how they just shut us down tonight."
