Fox News has hired Greta Van Susteren from CNN, completing the swap with 
Paula Zahn.

As the line between Fox News and CNN continues to blur, one can only 
imagine, say, Bill O'Reilly as a host on "Crossfire" or Geraldo Rivera as 
the talking head on Headline News.
