[Newspoetry] "Buddy", Clinton's Dog, Killed by Car

"Buddy", in an apparent accident, was struck by a car and killed near the 
Clintons' home in Chappaqua, N.Y.  Ominously, the driver was not identified 
and was described as "not at fault".  The Clintons weren't home.

This is all too tidy.  Who killed "Buddy", and what did "Buddy" know that 
made him so dangerous?

A constant companion to the ex-president, he was privy to top-secret 
briefings and confidential meetings.

Was he ready to squeal -- er, howl -- to authorities about Whitewater and 
Pardongate?  Now we'll never know.
