[Newspoetry] newspoetry will be down temporarily starting monday

Newspoetry will be down temporarily starting Monday, Jan 7th.  The server 
is being moved.  If our experience last time is any guide, it will take 
some time for the new location to propagate through the internet's domain 
name service, like a day or two.  But with luck, it'll be less.
