The way it is easy to tell that it is a photoshop job, and a sloppy one at
that, is that the image on the back cover of Bush's book is the mirror image
of that on the girl's, and it shouldn't be.  (The parts of the image near
the spine on Bush's book, are on the outer edge of the girl's)
